In connection with the setting up of the refurb divison in 2002, Icommerce established a laboratory to carry out tests, trouble shooting and repairs.
Our different virtual networks as well as highly sophisticated testing equipment allows us to test even high-end networking equipment, as well as servers and options from these vendors.

3Com, Cisco, HP, IBM, Nortel

We have accumulated a vast pool of knowledge enabling us to support both state of the art and legacy equipment. We carry a substantial "library" of routers, hubs, switches, modules etc allowing us to use them as references ensuring us that even different software configurations can be tested.

New product releases.
Compatibility issues often arise when vendors bring new products / versions to the market. Icommerce constantly tests add-ons such as Gbic's, WIC's memories, cables etc in order to avoid some of the difficulties often encountered in connection with new product launches.

90 days Warranty
Quality and warranty can be issues when buying refurbished products. All refurbished products are tested by our engineers before being entered into our stock. If a product does not meet our quality standards, the product will be refused and returned to their source.

We offer 90 days warranty on all refurbished products, which means that you don't take a risk when buying refurbished from Icommerce

Warranty extensions
Depending on the vendor, we can offer up to a 12 months warranty extension, please consult with your sales representative for a quote.

End of Lease equipment.
Don't hesitate to contact us if you have end of lease equipment for sale. We will test the equipment and buy it at the going market price. Depending on the vendor you simply contact the purchaser of that brand. See “contacts”
