Job Description:
As part of the Internal Systems team, the Support Technician is responsible for taking all support enquiries (calls/emails) from all the users (roughly 80 people) in PAN European countries. Other tasks include backup and basic system maintenance.
Successful candidate should be a problem-solver, self-starter, require minimal support and possess excellent human skills.
Note: Fluent French & English is a necessity.
Tasks:
- 1st and 2nd level user support (primarily on Windows XP or TSE)
- Backup (ArcServe)
- User Management (AD / Exchange)
- Windows Management
Profile:
- 2+ years in a similar position
- Fluent in English & French (Other European languages a plus)
- Experience with Microsoft Terminal Server or Citrix
- Experience with Sage software, including SalesLogix
- Ability to handle multiple assignments with effective resolution of conflicting priorities
- Outstanding problem-resolution skills
- Linux / Unix experience a plus (not required)
- HTML/DHTML/JavaScript experience a plus (not required)
